2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must create an account to access courses.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

• Courses may be free or require payment.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• No refunds are issued unless explicitly stated.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Instructors retain rights to their content but grant SomaGlobal LMS a license to host and distribute it.
• Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute course content.

5. Code of Conduct Users must:

• Respect instructors and other learners.
• Avoid plagiarism or cheating.
• Not post inappropriate or harmful content.

6. Platform Availability & Changes We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability SomaGlobal LMS is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for technical issues, loss of data, or reliance on course content.
